The location was perfect, very close to the 5th avenue. Had brunch at the nearby Bip Bip. My suite had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

stayed here for 3 nights and did not want to leave there. amicable staff and huge rooms, we had a great experience. location: the hotel was really close to the center as well as a jungle. you can find oh lala close to the property to a have lunch.

As someone who travels frequently, I have to say that I was impressed with this hotel. On 5th Avenue, it had a perfect location and was very close to the ADO station. The hotel provided towels for the beach and had a nice pool area as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast was a nice touch.

Rooms are generally clean with comfortable beds, though some are quite small. Some rooms come with useful amenities like a fridge and a kitchen counter with sink. the friendly staff is always willing to help with directions.

Some guests had minor problems with the cleanliness of the room, like the white tile floors that turned their feet black.

During our Christmas stay, we had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were really clean and orderly. We also enjoyed the modern amenities, such as the strong Wi-Fi. The location was fantastic! It was just a few blocks from all the main attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the staff was charming and very accommodating.

There were also some aspects that we didn’t appreciate. For instance, the breakfast wasn't up to our expectations, It lacked a variety of fruits and cold cuts.
